MONTH BY MONTH: Emmanuelle Alt made her front-row debut as editor in chief of Vogue Paris at Alexis Mabille. Although her name will appear at the top of the masthead of the April issue with Gisele Bundchen on the cover, photographed in St. Barts by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matatin August will be the first month to completely reflect her new direction.
