if they did it it's because they can? If Elle and HB are published by the same Newspaper companies they don't even need to ask. But as i don't think they are, they just have to buy the pictures to own the rights.

GSTAAD - Was für eine Bilderbuchfamilie! Claudia Schiffer verbringt derzeit mit Ehemann Matthew und den gemeinsamen Kindern Caspar und Clementine erholsame Ferientage im Schnee. Die Vier haben viel Spaß beim gemeinsamen Rodeln und Skifahren.

LONDON - Stilvoll wie immer präsentierte sich Claudia Schiffer, als sie ihre Tochter Clementine zum Kindergarten brachte. Clementine ist ein typisches Mädchen mit einer Vorliebe für rosa. Die Kleine trug einen süßen Mantel mit Kapuze. Selbst ihr Rucksack ist rosa.

LONDON - Claudia war als CHANEL-Girl unterwegs, als sie ihre Kinder heute morgen zur Schule brachte. Sie trug ein gestreiftes Shirt mit dem doppelten C. Das Model machte auch einen Bewunderer glücklich. Sie war bereit, für ein gemeinsames Foto mit einem Fan zu posieren.

LONDON - Nach langer Zeit sah man die gesamte Familie wieder einmal zusammen. Auf dem Flughafen Gatwick wurden Claudia und Ehemann Matthew mit den beiden Kindern gesichtet. Es ging wohl in den jährlichen Sommerurlaub nach Mallorca. Claudia besitzt dort eine Villa. Bereits in ihrer Kinderheit verbrachte sie ihre Sommerferien auf der Baleareninsel. Claudia feiert am 25.08. ihren 39. Geburtstag.

rexfeatures, contactmusic etc. I don´t know if they are available in bigger format. Don´t think so. Possilbe she has them but I don´t know.
