i've never seen girl with a pearl earring but i just read the book, so i think i'll check out the film, see if they did the novel any justice. she's a good actress so i hope for good things (Y)

yup, the island was one great movie! well... msn and nike commercials within the movie weren't cool, but you don't see movies that play almost 90 minutes during sunset! i love the colors of the movie.

and the making-love scene with scarlett is really beautiful

I didn't enjoy 'The Island.' But yes, she was beautiful.
