    the basic thing with lightning effects is that you change layer style...in layers window,you'll see somewhere it says Normal...and you can change that to Screen,Multiply,Color Dogde etc.... play around with that and different brushes and opacity & fill...you'll get better in time :D [God,I really hope you understand something from what I said :confused: :laugh: ...I can post screencaps if you need it :rofl: ]

    yea,most of those brushes are for Photoshop CS or higher....so you should try to download that if you can.. I can send you a torrent file for CS if you want :flower:

    a program....you download u torrent from here and than you download this and open it with that program you downloaded first...and when it's done u just install photoshop & register it (there's a keygen inside that file) and that's it.... I hope you understand it...my english is not the best :unsure:
