October 31, 201311 yr For people saying that photo looks old, if you go to the instagram page it originated from (I included it as a source, so no one could try to say it was photoshopped because its so grainy and blurry) you will see that it was posted just last night. Its definitely not an old photo. I'm not convinced the bra is a replica, I don't know why they'd go through the trouble of making one. I have a sneaking suspicion this is the actual bra. It looks different because it doesn't fit Adirana the same. It was made for Candice, so I wouldn't expect it to, and it's also missing the parts of the belt that come up over the hips and fasten in the front. (My guess is they were too small to fit over Adriana because her hips/waist are wider than Candice's). I think Adriana got booked for the show, and maybe VS or maybe even the company that made the bra (can't remember the jeweler's name other than that it starts with an M) wanted to get some publicity for it, so they stuck it on her thinking no one was going to care/notice/mind. I just think its a shady thing to do. It takes some of the specialness out of it, some of the uniqueness of it being JUST for Candice. It also makes it seem like Candice can't promote it enough herself, so they have to bring Adriana in and put it on her to gain more press. It's silly, but still rude. Who knows, maybe they talked to Candice and she's fine with it and we're getting offended on her behalf for nothing, but I have to agree with what other people have said and say that if anyone else had been selected to wear that bra, and they put it on Candice for promo, I think they'd feel the same way. Until a clearer picture emerges or I see the actual show, I will withhold my final judgment. I say the odds of it being a replica are 50/50. I've made the comparison as best I could, and like you pointed out, some things don't add up. Why not wait until she gets back to start a publicity campaign? The VSFS isn't until Dec 10th. Is Adriana really on par with Candice at this point? Don't get wrong, I love Adriana and always will. She is still bad as hell. However, the new queen has no need of a supporting cast. Candice is now their biggest star and should be treated as such. Candice is super sweet and likely won't argue, so feel its up to us to do so. In apologize for my ranting and personal offense, but I think its warranted in this case. I'm not sure that's the question to ask...I would say "Is Adriana used for VS as much as Candice at this point?" We can agree to disagree, but I think it is just the question to ask. VS needs to pull their heads out and start marketing Candice to the general public as the next head angel/ queen/ best player at VS. This would've been the PERFECT opportunity for them what with it being Candice's year with the fantasy bra. Super disappointend that they didn't. And if it does turn out to be the actual bra I will be EXTREMELY disappointed with VS. Its Candice's bra. It's Candice's year. It was made for her. Not anybody else.
