I don't have the issue, and I can't find confirmation on any of the usual sources, but I believe it is:

-> In the letter, the month "May" is mentioned, so "May" looks good.

-> I am not familiar with it, but the signature of the editor is probably "Anna Wintour", so US Vogue looks good.

-> The letter mentions the trial of OJ Simpson, so the year 1995 is feasible.
