I think she's part native american,which explains her look. She has a much more robust frame than Rachel which implies that she's too sexy (haha) for modeling. I didn't notice the mole until you said it. The mole looks fine to me. Up close, probably not. eg. Lara Stone with her gap teeth and Marylin Monroe with her birthmark.
