the most beautiful and also the ugliest women are often in the same country, like Germany or Sweden. but I think the average French woman is far above the international bar.

France has a lot of hotties. As does Italy. Spain is a little uneven. I've been all over Spain, and some place (Galicia, Catalunya) have very hot girls. But Madrid was dissapointing.
