October 9, 20177 yr Parmesan, Roquefort, Beaufort, Pecorino, Burrata, Ragusano, Comté, etc. In short, cheese, cheese and cheese. Also some cold cuts: saucisson (with pepper), bresaola. (yesterday I ate some yakitori... which were basically cold cuts with cheese ) And there are these other stuffs I have to eat... just to pretend it's "balanced" nutrition
