I've never heard of sugar being bad for the liver.  Carbs are the ticket to fat gain due to triggering insulin (despite under consuming calories).   With fats, they don't trigger insulin and hormones the way carbs do and will only go into fat after eating excess calories.

With the low carb, high protein/fat diet, however, it's hard on the kidneys and liver (eg. fatty liver) over the long term.

"intermittent fasting" seems to be trendy these days but it's basically torture. (doing all your eating in an 8 hour block every 24 hours).  One of its primary goals is to prevent the triggering of insulin in order to minimize body fat.

Nutrition comes across as being highly variable as everybody's body is significantly different.

@Stromboli1  Wrinkalaar looks like he's going to die of heart attack and explode.  Looks like he really wants to win the Olympia......😧:

He can use his prize money to buy himself a new liver, kidneys, pancreas, heart, etc..

Men's physique (Olympia) has some stupid standards.  They value an extreme V - taper that is so extreme that it looks retarded.  Also, leg development is out of the picture so the guy looks very unbalanced.

The reigning champion has a 44 inch chest plus 28 inch waist, and other competitors try to copy him.  He is also unlikeable as a champ and has an anger problem.

I don't know if this is a joke or not but he supposedly eats 11,000 calories of junk food a day.

I was passed over a pair of samurai swords (the long and short one) - they are surprisingly heavy and long
