November 11, 201311 yr How crazy is this: I just learned a no makeup-makeup look that actually involves almost no makeup. It’s a technique New York-based that makeup artist Jenny Scarpelli used on me for a recent video shoot we did for allure.com—and trust me, if it stood up against HD cameras, it can get you through a day at the office. Scarpelli chose a powder, but cream formulas work just as well (and might be easier to blend on your own).Step Four: Add the finishing touches. Curl your lashes, and add a few light coats of mascara. For the lips, mix a pinky-nude lipstick (or pinky-brown, or brown, depending on your skin tone) with lip balm.
