What are your most important Staple Foods?

What are the foods that, in the aggregate, compose most of  your diet?  

 

What are the foods that you have at least once a week?

 

If you were to plan your eating a month in advance and restrict it only to the most important items, what would be in your list?

 

Keep your selection under 12 Items.

 

Mine:  Multivitamins, +

 

1. Oatmeal

 

2-3. Bread, Rice

 

4. Frozen whole roasted chickens

 

5. Seedless grapes, pears, bananas or seedless oranges

 

6. Orange Juice

 

7. Pork or Beef

 

8. Cake (any variety)

 

9. Coffee

 

 

I can go a week without eating a vegetable.

2 diet coke
3 chocolate
4 cheese & more cheese (real cheese the way we know how to make it in France :neo2: )
5 bread (baguette)
6 pasta!! and more pasta!
7 ham
8 steak (beef)
9 chicken
10 yogurt
11 soup
12 apple sauce


And mustard!! NOot the sweet one that is not real mustard :persuazn:

I like portuguese bread and baguettes too. I usually go to the bakery once every week or two.  What kind of cheese?

I also exclude many foods that I like to eat due to my desire to maintain weight at a certain level.   :(

 

Kiki! Cigarettes....:-D  Sometimes I suspect if it's just an intentional thing on their part. Getting photographed while lighting up makes one look cooler and sexier.  It's less boring than doing nothing or making an awkward, forced pose.  This is irregardless of anti-smoking memes.

1-veggies,any kind but cucumbers are the most loveable

2-fruits,apples (for good skin but really I can't finish eating a whole apple ,have to share it with others),and oranges.

3-skimmed milk

4-rice and macaroni,I'm slim and always try my best to keep slim and fit but can't live without them,how I keep slim with such carbs I don't know,maybe God's gift.

5-fish

6-chicken

7-some chips from time to time

8- chocolate with coconut in it is my favourite dessert

9-pineapple pie from time to time too.

10-French fries,like 2 or 3 times a month.

 

I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate meat,eat so little  but hate it.

And basically,I have lots of days without eating a child amount of food.My stomach can't handle big amounts.

The only problem with my staples diet is the lack of vegetables.  I counteract this with vitamins.   Health guidelines say '1 1/2 cup' a day but personally I get trace amounts..literally 1/4th cup a day on average.

Sausage

Fresh Herbs/Spices

Those are pretty much the only things I've bought the last 7 or 8 times I've gone shopping. Obviously excluding the purchases for specialty dishes that I buy once every 7-8 months.
