The Official Primetime Emmy Awards Thread

The 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, honoring the best in primetime television programming from June 1, 2012 until May 31, 2013, will be held on September 22, 2013 at the Nokia Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles, California. CBS will televise the ceremony within the United States. The Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony was held on September 15.

Netflix made history by earning the first Primetime Emmy Award nominations for original online only web television. Three of its web series, Arrested Development, Hemlock Grove, and House of Cards, earned nominations.

Kinda disappointed none of these actors won their category: Johnathan Bank, Aaron Paul, Bryan Cranston and Kevin Spacey :/

This has to be the most boring Award show I've seen in years to be honest. The only reason I kept watching was because I really wanted to see how Behind The Candelabra would do, but I feel like I waster three precious hours on this. Just the fact that they lasted three hours is ridiculous, I felt like I was in the couch for two days.

 

Also I am so over Sofía Vergara always losing O.o ... Seriously? She & Kaley Cuoco are so underrated by the Academy, it's so absurd. I am happy Kim Parsons won though, his portrayal of Sheldon will be remembered forever (Y)
