A source tells us Evans - who recently split with his girlfriend of two years, Jessica Biel - injured his ankle during a photo shoot for Men's Health magazine in New York last week while the model was visiting family in her native Brazil. Bundchen couldn't fly to be with him, but she let him recuperate in her apartment. A rep for Bundchen didn't return e-mails.They've also been spotted at Bungalow 8 together in the last few weeks.
