I thing I need a nice person to make me 2 or 3 or 10! beautiful avatars In terms of making any given picture look right you have to input the exact pixel dimensions of the picture when you upload it.....and make the avatar no more than 150 wide or 150 high...otherwise the board will resize it like it has your current one.
