Getty says Caroline, though isn't always reliable. In photos with Halston, she is often identified as Karen. Let's see if anyone can offer a definitive word on the matter.

Edit: I should add that Karen's thread contains photos of uncertain ID, which muddies the waters. I am ready to start a thread for Catherine if we have confirmation.
