I have seen your search on facebook as well :) I unfortunately have no clue but have one little idea > Bazaar en Español (for Latin America) either produced covers themselves or syndicated a cover pic which then was mostly a visual that was used inside US Bazaar the month before. So if we find out the exact year and month of this cover and if someone has the US Bazaar the month before then maybe we find a full story of her which should make it a little easier to identify her.
