If you guys are talking about that bikini pic, the reason it looks that way is because she is laughing. As you all know you're engaging your abs when you laugh, which makes them more pronounced in her case. If you look at the regular pics you can see the definition, but it's much softer, not over the top. Personally I think she looks great. Lean and strong. She's a good role model for other girls. 

Nah, it's not just that one pic. To me she's taking it too far and it's been like that for a while.

She is obviously naturally beautiful but her obsession with gym overwork is starting to show on her body.

Izabel has been one of my faves for years but I have to agree with the above posters. Her obsession with the gym is starting to hurt the attractiveness of her body. Its is possible, as most models do, for a woman to appear slender and fit while still maintaining that feminine softness but sadly she is starting to cross the line.
