DanniCullen
Yes! And it all begins with menswear in Milan and Paris and the show packages are out! Ford, ELITE, Bananas and Success are my favourite agencies I saw. I literally can't wait to see all the new faces.
Squeege Beckenheim
Not so fast! I'm a sucker for Haute Couture so let's focus on that first.
Squeege Beckenheim
I almost forgot - just wanted to share some of my favorite shows - music, cast, setting really convinced me:
onlyyoung
Thanks for sharing these vids Some of the silhouettes at Paco Rabanne remind me a lot of Armani Privé HC S/S 2011... Christian Dior doesn't look as convincing as it did when Galliano was still there; I'm worrying about the next couture show. It was sad knowing that it was D&G's final show, but they certainly went out with a bang!
onlyyoung
Pitti Uomo! (I must admit, I'm most excited for Paris menswear) These are just a few notable looks from each collection :3 Valentino F/W 2012 Gorgeous colours, layers and brilliant casting! Described as "unapologetically bold, red-carpet-worthy elegance" by GQ.com. Clement Chabernaud opened the show and Robbie Wadge closed. Hardy Amies F/W 2012 all images from hommemodel Nothing too exciting in terms of colour, but some of the patterns used on the suits and coats were quite interesting. Filip Grudzewski opened, Douglas Neitzke closed and Adnan Djinovic lead the finale
sarnic
I am pretty excited for the mens fashion week as I have finally been paying more attention to the male models.Aside from Francisco, River, and Simone Nobili who I have already seen at a few shows, I hope to see Julien Schratter, Timmi Radicke, Justin Halley, and Ryan Bertroche. Although I doubt Ryan will be there

DanniCullen
I loved Valentino @ Haute Couture.. Even more so when my girl Katryn opended and closed the show! But the material.. I've never wanted to jump into a pile of dresses and snuggle in them as much as I did when I saw the outfits. So elegant

DanniCullen
There hasn't been many new comers that have amazed me yet....
Squeege Beckenheim
^Yup, Laura Kampman for example does not appeal to me at all. Lots of hype never really helps either - I just think she's boring! And there are so many new models who all look alike - man I think I'll wait for Europe, NY usually has the most amount of newbies walking the big shows. The other cities have the bigger names, well atleast in the past...
Squeege Beckenheim
Poor girl, this was her first fashion show. At 08:10 she's struggling very hard - kudos to Suvi & Daria for helping her out but man! Who on earth is that model behind her, just walking past her like nothing is going on? Embarassing behaviour if you ask me! And just rude. Karlie Kloss' triumphant return to the runway wasn't the only thing people were talking about at the Anthony Vaccarello show today in Paris. The designer also debuted his new fantastic shoe collaboration with Giuseppe Zanotti. The sexy, strappy, pointed toe stilettos look easy enough to walk in- at least, if you're not actually walking in them. Our friends over at ELLE were at the show and noted that one poor model fell so many times during the finale, she had to be helped down the runway by two of her fellow models. Jessica Michault, Online Style Editor for the International Herald Tribune tweeted; "Poor Zanotti. In his 1st collaboration with Vaccarello a model needed help to walk the finale. Flashbacks to Kanye West's show last season." Hopefully Kanye-who was front row at the show according to this tweet- was paying attention and doesn't put his models in dangerous shoes. Anyway, we hope she's okay! Shoutout to the two good Samaritans who came to help in her hour of need! Who says there's no camaraderie between models? fashionista
DanniCullen
^ I heard! Poor Pauline! Her first runway debut! And the model behind her, gosh. Talk about rude. :anger: She's only 16, I think. Luckily, Pauline is booking other shows.
Clauds
Did you all see Alexander McQueen this season? Such an epic disaster, i don't know wtf Burton was thinking. Alexander would have hated that crap
