What is her tattoo of? Wings, a heart and a star?

A heart with wings, and a chinese (i believe) character within the heart. I think it stands for 'love' or 'in love', as when I went hunting for it like ages ago that's about as close as I came.

I am going to say it must be an outtake from the photo shoot she did for Istoe Gente, December 20 2004.

A picture I scanned from that issue is below, you can see the hair is very similar, as well as the makeup. And if you look closely, you can see that the ear rings are the same as well. If it is an outtake from this issue, I wish they would have put it in the magazine.
