January 27, 200916 yr You know how much I love your posts in this thread, Thiago. Now, I see there's a new round in TBCM competition (quarter-finales?? )
January 29, 200916 yr Oh wow full campaign! Thanks for posting! Ania looks so cute on this eyewear pic These ads actually make me wanna visit Pepe Jeans and buy there something :|
January 29, 200916 yr There is an article about CK Jeans campaign with Anna and you can watch there TV commercial (already banned in the U.S. ) http://www.wwd.com/media-news/fashion-memo...tories/20090129 Seems Anna grew up and became naughty :brows:
January 29, 200916 yr I can't watch that commercial And I can't wait to see Anna's shots for CK Jeans! I know they'll be hot! And thanks for posting the Pepe Jeans campaign! I like it!
January 29, 200916 yr This is Anna's shot from CK Jeans SS 2009 campaign And this is one unposted image from the previous campaign for CK Jeans (from calvinkleinjeans.com) Thiago the commercial will be on the official CK Jeans site tomorrow, on Friday and soon after on youtube
January 29, 200916 yr I suspected that was Anna but I wasn't really sure. Thanks for posting I'll definatelly have a set of this campaign! Anna wearing those sexy shorts
January 29, 200916 yr Thanks for the new campaigns. Pepe Jeans has some good shots and not great shots. CK Jeans looks ... interesting
January 29, 200916 yr Why is this commercial banned? US want to be known as a country of freedom etc., and a bit of body make them ban this? That soooo reminds me of this Janet Jackson-Justin Timberlake thing at SuperBowl a few years ago....
January 29, 200916 yr ^ Yes, but censorship is often the best publicity for a brand. People get interested when something is banned and want to see prohibited material. The whole buzz about the commercial is IMO a cynical tactic of the Calvin Klein company. But, overall, I really like the campaign - very sexual but aesthetically pleasant to watch and of course with gorgeous Anna
January 29, 200916 yr Good point Olga . But, Layla hey, wait a minute :persuazn: ! Don't go dissnin' Americas :persuazn: ! How we choose to protect the kiddies eyes has nothing to do with "freedom of speech" :persuazn: !!! Another reason commercials like this get banned in America is because we show a different set of commercials for the day than evening and night. A commercial of equal sexuality that is advertising a product that is specifically targeted to mature or adult audiences is generally NOT banned, whereas a commercial of high sexuality advertising something for the general audience (jeans, bubble gum, soda...) is banned a lot of the time because showing said commercial in the evening and night serves no purpose for the most part. So its not as much about content itself. Example Anna on a pole in bra and panties advertising Sprite = banned in America Anna on a pole in bra and panties advertising romance book = not banned in America :morning:

That must be a Calvin thing though (remember that Eva Mendes' CK ad commercial was banned too??) I have nothing against Americans, especially the ones like you "freedom of speech" wasn't the best term to use I know... anyway, I remember this JJ and JT thing. It was strange for me how this little thing caused more "harm" and attention than most of oversexualised music videos. And at the example
January 30, 200916 yr Another one from CK Jeans campaign (wish Anna was in the centre of the picture, but it's great nonetheless)
