I bought Netflix just so I could watch him on The Fall, and he is truly outstanding in his role. Much more than just a pretty face. I only wish the series wasn't so short. When I originally read Fifty Shades, I imagined Henry Cavill in the role of Christian. Jamie would be my only real substitute. I'm a bit worried that the role might be damaging to the career of whomever is chosen, simply because of the subject matter, but if it's done right I think it could be a lot of fun. If Jamie is truly interested in getting the role, I hope it is awarded to him. I'm a Skarsgard fan, too, but I believe Jamie deserves it more. He needs the recognition and if not this role, I hope he is "discovered" soon in something even greater. He definitely has the talent. Clauds Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 I was thinking about checking out Once Upon A Time but I'm still not sure, I'm two seasons behind and 44 episodes of the same show is a lot so IDK about that lol. My ideal Christian Grey would be Matt Bomer or Henry Cavill but since they are both busy with other projects I know it won't be one of them so now Skarsgard is my #1 choice, however Jamie would be great too. I doubt that if he gets the part, fans will go into an outrage as they did with the previous guy, I've seen mostly positive reactions from people when Jamie has been mentioned.
