Did she lose some weight or did they retouch it? I mean she doesn't post as much about her workout regimen anymore so... I don't know, maybe she is still doing it? Or just changed her nutrition a bit?

^ No photoshop i think because this are BTS. Gen makes lots of sport and exercises to be in great shape as always and as we can see on these stunning behind the scenes ! She talk about this on the blog of her official site

I would agree with jj3: given the many shots from her recently (Pompom La, SASI) and that these are BTS, I think that's just her magnificent self.  I also agree with jj3 on pinup style:
