Kate comes from a well to do family, but she wasn't going out and buying super expensive clothing, how could she? Her family made her work for everything she got, including her show horses. Even her uncle spoke how entire family is proud and supportive. No way they never helped her out.Also remember, just as she was blowing up she got that gig with Oklahoma City Thunder, she did promo with Durant and Harden. And who owns 20% of OKC Thunder? Besides being one of the worst movies I saw all year - if not the worst - I was however pleasantly surprised at Upton's acting.I'm not saying she'll be the new Meryl Streep but she wasn't totally horrendous, which is kinda what I had been fearing.
