I admire and respect models with strong work ethic. They're focus, they're punctual and humble. When I read that Miranda is late for the interview and then she appears wit her entourage, meditates on the set, prays for the photographer and crew, drinks powerful smoothies and makes all this circus around her -  I'm very respectful person, I have nothing against religious people, I am able to accept any quirks but even journalists started to write about her with sarcasm. Instead of focusing on her job she interferes in private lives of other people and gives advices that no one has asked for. Even if  she is a health coach now her employers need Miranda - a model. Not Dr Dolittle. And now she wants to be like Gwyneth    She said in the interview for The Edit : “Now, if an opportunity comes up, I think, ‘Is this in the best interest of my family?’ ". Does it means a lot of money with little effort?

Plus after her recent interview for The Edit she scored new enemies among feminists. What happened with Miranda? This girl tries so hard that almost every time she fails and achieves the opposite effect. Maybe it's time to change the advisers? Too many crystals, pink unicorns, butterflies and jumping jacks..... And playing silly during interviews became really annoying. I've always considered her as a lady but now she behaves like she was 12. She is trying too hard to show the world that she can joke and be funny 

 

this is secondary to what I feel and I agree with this a lot. especially the end part. I used to like them cause she look cute and all but being cute can only bring you to limits it can't be enough. it's becoming an annoyance to me as well. I tbh think people claiming she lost her spark is really the harsh truth that may little fanboy heart cannot admit. I really cannot blame them. she lost her natural charm and I was so blind to see it for the fact that I still love her as a being. i was even surprised Vogue had still a radar on her I thought they didn't know Miranda anymore. I'm seriously jealous of these other veteran models who still take shot at the industry and get something out of it. I only wish Miranda would do that but nooooo. 

 

the excuses maybe were too much that I just couldn't accept it maybe because i still hoped that "yeah I think Miranda will get something more better soon" but nah that's certainly not the case anymore. It's really a lesser hit or bigger miss for the past 3 years and I am really bummed. I think she could've done better career-wise but she really chose this path and stucked to it. unfortunately we can't do anything about it.

I wouldn't put Gisele and Kate in the same category as Miranda because it's obvious those two are better and had a far better iconic career hf and commercial-wise. i still think this modelling industry technological-social media reform can hurt a veteran's career though it certainly plays a factor when looking at it at certain angles but I guess I was just referring to the broader sense for veteran models getting replaced by younger upcoming models and models who are already on that tier of being the topmost of top models then related it to Randa's situation. why am I getting the feeling that maybe this Miranda is really her the true her. The weird boring lifestyle Miranda. Maybe it's that OR this is the product of absolute contentment. sorta of like "I did my dues, I have done things in this industry as a model maybe it's time to take chill and freely express what I think" makes sense when you point out that all of these constant changes happened when she left Victoria's Secret. 

 

I still love her regardless and respect her decisions but I'm not a fan of the majority of these decisions even if I push myself to be cause that would just make look like a dishonest fool.

Guys I totally have the same thoughts. I don't think she left Vs on good terms, I think they knew about her and Orlando and her divorcing and her numerous scandals with Justin bieber and Leo, and her being a highly paid yacht girl. VS is very strict about making sure their angels have this innocent girl image so the women who buy their lingerie do no feel threatened. 

 

Then the news of Jho Low so soon after her marriage coming out, and she doesn't address it, just bans any questions on it... I am really not sure what she is trying to do

yo hold up those are just rumors. so tired of hearing Justin Bieber scandal cause it's just bluff and Leo? what? they're friends alright but the media twists it so much lmao. Her being a yacht girl can be proven untrue cause she hasn't been there for like 2 years now and the reason why she went to Cannes is for Magnum Ice cream promotion. Some of the younger models from what I've seen already had been there for consecutive years which makes you thinking. With regards to the VS status, funny now that you mention it cause there was a "yacht girl" prostitution article published by a model named Jazz Egger who dared to state the names of the following models who were allegedly involved in modelling prostitution. Low and behold she named two Victoria's Secret Angels with one the most prominent of them yet. No Miranda. Was her sources saying the truth or not? i dont really know but the source sounds pretty convincing to me considering he was also a part of this prostitution business.  

 

only I'm holding against is the Jho Low thing cause it seems questionable and weird. I'm puzzled about how suddenly it came out. Not even a single clue or rumor emerged through the years instead the James Packer thing caught fire which was proven untrue again. She did however addressed it, i think through her publicist which I think was weak. I am pissed at the fact that she didn't make a stand about the whole issue to truly inform she didn't know she was in the wrong.

It's not a secret that Miranda likes presents. She also likes to flirt with men. Her ex boyfriend Adrian Camilleri (accused of fraud) showered her with gifts. So maybe similar situation happened with Jho Low. He met her, he found her attractive so he sent her this jewellery and she took it. Women are vain. According to mercurynews.com  "He and Kerr became an item sometime around Valentine’s Day in 2014". Now look at this:

I agree with all the things you guys have said, and it feels good not to be the only one to think that way of someone I love and I also admire your career. I think we've been telling each other for almost three years, "everything will be better next year. Next year we will discover your secret projects. Next year we'll have more magazine covers. Next year will be her year."

 

But no, this never happens. And some people do not have as much patience to wait, much less when all we have are projects of collections of bags, soups and whatever. Miranda has ability to do better than this, she is still Miranda, her name is still recognized in places, but the problem is that she does not want it anymore. I grieve because if it was to end her modeling career, she would end in a dignified way, and not in that sloppy way. She does not care about her fans anymore, she does not run her Instagram like she used to, posting pictures of her day-to-day life and not using just to promote Kora or her husband. I miss the old Miranda and her projects, the hard-working woman she was when it came to her career. Formerly, the excuse for her not to do so many projects in several locations was Flynn, but really? Flynn will be seven years old next year. You can not swallow such excuses! Candice, who has a son who is still going to be a year old, has traveled a few times and done several jobs. I don't think I have more motivation to say to myself and you guys that next year everything will be better.

I don't believe she was a 'prostitute', I would more call it 'billionaire networking', as soon as Orlando was out of the picture she wanted a billionaire so her people probably contacted eligible billionaires and she chose who would be suitable enough for her image, as in Evan. The Malaysian guy i think she just dangled herself like a carrot knowing he would shower her in million dollar gifts that she could squirrel away for a rainy day and I bet there are lots of other gifts from others that she has hid away. Her PR only said she dated him because it would look far worse that she used him for financial gain. Shes not an escort, just a materialistic and calculating lady, the exact opposite of all her fairy, pink crystal love yourself goodness.

That edit interview was sooo bad, doesn't she remember she said the exact same crap about Orlando (Gran says you got to look good so I put on red lippie when he comes home blah blah) when they were actually going through their separation, now shes saying the exact same thing about Evan, obviously didn't work for your first marriage. She  sounds so unrelatable and so far from reality like GOOP, but I don't know if shes really like that or just a PR muppet on strings. Like if your family come first then why travel all the way to Asia to promote weird stuff and be away for so long from your kid, it can't be the money as she has heaps! I think she is definitely giving up on the modelling which is a natural progression.

I've stopped reading her interviews some time ago (for my own sake).

I'm still hoping for some campaigns, editorials or covers, but apart from Marella we don't get anything even remotely worthy.

When I see that one of those 'secret projects' is for some Japanese soup or gym it makes me wanna throw up (nothing against Japanese people, their soups or gyms).

And this Kora promotion stuff is really annoying. She should've chosen a different angle here (perhaps make her famous friends (if she even has any) promote it, make more interesting events, ...).
