I think it's okay. It's not particularly offence and it describes his complexion perfectly

maybe instead of saying cinnamon boy, say something like 'the boy blessed with the cinnamon-kissed skin' perhaps?

This video really is much better than the other one, too bad it's so short. I'm still hoping for some marcisco action like the last SS campaign but it's probably unlikely.
