A few days ago I took a gander at this energy reading site that has been tracked by Lee or Leo fans in the past. The June report spewed something like, "Leo needs to take this time to focus on himself and to avoid energy-consuming projects and/or encounters". Despite the quotation marks, the above statement is paraphrased. One that is fervently interested in the activity of Lee cannot help but detect some truth to the above claims as he is nearly in ghost form. Anticipating June 16th is undoubtedly palpable regarding the actor. However, I'm glad some of us have been fortunate enough to find what is seemingly not shit-stirring news. He's simply being Lee, eating, socialising, and galavanting through high-end towns, consistent with past behaviours. I just thought I'd plug in this post simply because... Other birthdays 🎉 that may bear significance to the actor are: Lenny Kravitz--May 26th Carey Mulligan--May 28th Clint Eastwood--May 31th Thanks, @akatosh for the clarifying posts and @oxford25 for the finding. Leo titled as actor, but I didn't saw any official confirmation. Or IMDB doesn't need an official confirmation to title Leo as main actor? Plus, Joseph Gordon Levitt is going to do another movie about this same guy and it's officially confirmed, we don't need 2 movies about the same thing being released at the same time. But of course, I sure hope a new Leo project is annouced soon OR at least we get some Killers of the Flower Moon news, a teaser, a trailer, some stills and please a release date. In response to @Lilja K's question regarding Lee's filmography and @akatosh prediction. Testing the likelihood of which of the two associated actors will carry out the Jim Jones project isn't linear, but it is somewhat traceable. Researching Leonardo's IMDb page across the top one can blatantly see Jim Jones listed as an upcoming project. Googling Joseph Gordon-Levitt, one will not see, or shall I rephrase to say, I did not see such a claim. Although an official statement was made on behalf of Gordon-Levitt's attachment to Jim Jones, I wonder about his capability to do so. Now, I'll be the first to state that I adore Joseph Gordon-Levitt. I believe he is quite innovative and resourceful for both his age and generation. However, one person's opinion won't break the borough. It appeared in the wake of the 2010s, and very possibly at the end of the early 2000s, Gordon-Levitt was approaching a creative peak. He had not long established his production company, HitRecord, and had somehow erased boundaries between celebrity and commoner. The content produced by HitRecord was certainly one of a kind. Quite naturally Gordon-Levitt acquired critics, but the artistic pioneer wasn't necessarily looking for mainstream backing. Gordon-Levitt appeared in several media outlets in 2013 to promote his directorial debut, Don Jon. On The Howard Stern Show 📺 , inquiries shifted to the actor's personal life. Howard straightforwardly hinted at Gordon-Levitt's relationship status. Somewhere along the line, Gordon-Levitt proclaims he was slow on marriage, and although he cared for his then-girlfriend, marriage was too far into the future to consider at the moment. Fast forward to December 2014, nearly a year after that Howard Stern interview, breaking news reveals Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a married man to that then-girlfriend. I tied the men's hippie background as possible motives. The reason why I felt the need to review Gordon-Levitt's history is that I felt it would satisfy yet another one of my inferences. Loosely stated, the American Cinematic market is weakening. Budget cuts are a regular occurrence in all their full splendor. Investors want to know that their investments will not return to them void. Like DiCaprio, Gordon-Levitt is choosy about the films he'll make and who will craft them. It's nearly 100% certain that if DiCaprio carries out Jim Jones, Scorsese will be his top 🔺 choice for director. Under the scenario that the film is presently underway, Gordon-Levitt's number one choice isn't available, Rian Johnson. As we can presume, Johnson's fully committed to the Knives Out sequels and wouldn't be able to devote much time to writing and directing another film. Although Gordon-Levitt is an established writer and director, he has three projects concurrently in motion. I perceive studio heads are not sold that the idiosyncratic artist will be able to pull in the box office numbers and it is less likely his production company can absorb all production costs. DiCaprio on the other hand 👏 is in the opposite position. Not only can he personally fund the project, but he would also be no short of any studio and public support. In the long run, DiCaprio would make the better Jones. Furthermore, it does appear he harvest a genuine interest in the subject matter.
