He's probably the best defender in the world right now. Materazzi is just a bastard. I wonder what he said to Zidane... must have been something nasty. Anyway, Zidane knew what he was doing, he took of his team-captain armband before the referre showed him the red card. Anyway, he should not have done that. It was so irresponsible.
