^I dig the purple lips! Not sure about that color combo with the dress though..

I love the make up(dark lipstick) so much to the degree that it stunned me along with the hair fishtail braid.

 

I think she used that dark lipstick to give color and some brightness to her dull/ordinary dress,and I think she succeeded on that to a big degree.
