Just a wild guess, but tonight is the GNTM finale show live from Cologne, including Tyra Banks, Taylor Swift, and I'm sure many more. I don't know if Heidi has announced all the guests yet (from what I gather she's announcend somebody new every other day or so, but I didn't follow it closely), but I know that some other jurors of the season will be back for the finale, so maybe Toni will be there too? She's in Germany, has been very quiet about what she's doing these last couple days and it's something you wouldn't be able to postpone or plan around the amfAR (whereas with something like the Schwarzkopf shoot two days ago, I'd assume it would be possible to plan in a way that makes sure she can attend amfAR). Just speculating here, but still...
