Yeah, I think that is her baby picture. When I 1st saw it her eyes looked dark blue to me but now that you mention it maybe not?

Most kids are born with brown eyes and when they get older they change to green or blue I have seen it on alot of ppl.

definitely looks like her to me too. babies coloring is strange sometimes, as it can change drastically. When I was little I was born with black hair and blue eyes and by age 2 I had dirty blonde hair and green eyes just an example

Really? I thought most were born with pale blue eyes and then they change to darker colors because melanin hadn't been fully deposited in the irises of your eyes or darkened by exposure to ultraviolet light. .

The baby photo is of her. The lighting is just bad... she's always had blue eyes, although they do fluctuate between a dark blue to a very light, almost ice blue.
