How do you seriously get out of jail because you "don't feel well"??????? What's up with that??????

My closest scrape with the law was being pulled over for driving too fast or not signalling or something but I was so afraid just seeing the cop that I busted out bawling my eyes out and he felt sorry for me and let me go! He even followed me home to make sure I was okay to drive, that I was calmed down.

So, if I ever go to the "big house" for something, I guess I'll just say my tummy hurts and that I'm cold and that should do it, right????? :ninja:

How about feeding the shark with her bare hands, SLOW ?!!

  Is there an emoticon for laughing so hard you are wetting your pants????

it is unfair that she is out

While still in jail, she was bitching about how she cannot eat or sleep, and that she was cold. All she got was 3 blankets---no pillows *shakes head in disgust*

OMG ONLY 3 BLANKETS ??!!! All i got at home is a big towel of my dad :|

   Ok and then give it to Paris.... YAAAY 4 blankets now !!!! n022.gif

I think one of the blankets was meant to be used as a pillow, but she didn't like it.

Well, boo-freakin'-hoo on the "I don't like my widdle pillow" Waaaaaaaaaah!

I think instead of putting her in jail for 45 days, they should have put her in Oz for a day and see how she survives :nicole: ...Will she even survive :shifty:

I hope she didnt expect prison to be the Barbie House :|

Here's an article (one of MANY from City officials) that makes you think we may not have heard the last of it. And, apparently, the Judge was told they were going to release her and he reaffirmed she was NOT to be released and NO electronic monitoring, blah, blah but they did it anyhow! She apparently was having a nervous breakdown. :yuckky: :yuckky: They have facilities there to deal with all kinds of psychiatric problems. DUH! And, physical problems, too.

Another official is blasting the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department over the decision to reassign Paris Hilton to house arrest.

In a statement to TMZ, Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said:

"Today I was extremely troubled to learn that the Sheriff's Department has decided to release Ms. Hilton from custody just three days after she was admitted to county jail.

My office was not advised of this action. We learned of it this morning through news reports, just like everyone else. Had we been provided with the proper notification, we would have opposed the decision on legal grounds.

News reports indicate that the Sheriff's Department released Ms. Hilton to house arrest due to a medical condition. This explanation is puzzling. Los Angeles county jail medical facilities are well-equipped to deal with medical situations involving inmates.

I am also concerned that the judicial process may have been improperly circumvented in this case. Ms. Hilton was incarcerated as a condition of her probation. As a result, the judge retained jurisdiction over her case and only the judge has the power to modify these conditions of probation. If Ms. Hilton's medical condition truly warranted a change in her circumstances, what should have happened is the following: Ms. Hilton's legal counsel should have filed an emergency application with the court and provided my office with the opportunity to respond, and then the court could have held a hearing on the matter to consider whether there was sufficient justification to change the terms of his original order. I have directed my criminal branch to immediately explore all possible legal options to ensure that the law is being applied equally and justly in this case.

If law enforcement officials are to enjoy the respect of those we are charged with protecting, we cannot tolerate a two-tiered jail system where the rich and powerful receive special treatment. We must ensure that in our city, in our nation, and under our Constitution, justice remains blind."

If she was black or latina she would have been made to serve 45 days.

Oh please.

More like if she weren't a wealthy heiress that was a model for exploitation and had a ridiculous amount of fame she would've had to serve half her sentence.

I hate unnecessary race wank.

NEWS!

"TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing. She could be sent BACK to the slammer!!

Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case."

Did pinky delete something ?!!! :chicken:

Well actually it happens to everyone. Usually your trial will be reduced in half. :/
