January 12, 201411 yr I personally think that the problem lies in the fact that VS doesn't view Lindsay as selling the same type of stuff as Candice and the likes. Just like they have Elsa for PINK or Doutzen/Adriana for VSX, Lindsay is a girl they used more for loungewear, sleepwear, beauty and not over the top sexy lingerie or swim. They tried it, it didn't work, so they have her shoot a few styles that cater to her client base, but they use girls like Candice, Alessandra or Gracie who sell to a wider swim crowd for most of the bikinis.
