is a quotation mark (") behind her ear, means something like "and everything in between", as I understood in her IG for a comment from a friend.

it can be seen in this pic; I think it's a good place to put it for a model, because you can hide it with your ear / hair. If not, is small enough to be hidden with photoshop.
