This is another example of this toxic neo-feminist culture. This gym girl that tried to destroy the reputation of a guy who probably didn't even look at her for more than half a second. Luckily this time, she got called out. There are way too many toxic girls like her (entitle, self-important, etc.). These images destroy trust in relationships and make younger men way less confident in speaking to women.- OMG FACTS
I'm not surprised that she is doing well. Lots of young men / teens feel that society is treating them like shit. Hollywood is a perfect example of this: they produce movies/series (She-Hulk is the latest example) that make most men look like cowards, feeble, useless trash. Young men's first aspiration is to get female love and attention. Unlike older men, they often lack confidence, so they are naturally attracted by women who say they understand them (as opposed to blue-haired feminists whose goal is to trash them all day).- General gaming talk
I just tried to replay Cyberpunk after I installed the last patches... I got the same bugs as before (the one with the erratic moves when you're close to a ladder is quite annoying ) and I got one crash (after my first attempt).- General gaming talk
^ yes, that's why she was a ghost in the shell. It's like Adam Smasher in cyberpunk, though Adam has lost most of his humanity, which is not the case with Motoko.- What made you smile/laugh today?

Yes, I found it quite gore at times and not just in the fighting scenes (where there are organs, members or eyes hanging by threads of tendons...), but also in the doc moments (like when he gets his Sandevistan implant). Lucy's haircut looks like Motoko and there are lots of parallels with GitS, though I find GitS to be darker than Edgerunners. I like the fact that there's a huge component of motherly love when David is a kid and woman's love when he becomes a man. Lucy/David's relationship is nice, it's a mix of teenage love and middle-aged love. This show treats a variety of themes in a crude and minimalist way, but still very effective.- General gaming talk

Edgerunners is one of the best things I've seen from Netflix. By far. The last episode is wild! It has some Cowboy bebop vibes (especially the opening theme), but the universes are very different and Edgerunners is waaay more violent (and gore) and crazy. And it seems pretty obvious that there are lots of inspirations from ghost in the shell and Akira.- Movie, TV & Game Soundtracks

Yes. And it's the same with Qatar's money, Turkey's money, Saudi Arabia's money, China's money (and also the US influence/money). On the energy topic, we should've decreased our dependence on fossil fuels, given that we don't produce any. By producing our own renewables (not with Chinese's suppliers, but European ones) and our own nuclear power plants. Unfortunately, the EU technocracy failed on these issues.- The Political Correctness Haters' Club
Yes. See, we can agree on some things, when there's nuance. It's a false dichotomy. You don't have to chose between the two. You don't need to chose a master, you can choose to be free. Obviously, there's always going to be a some sort of influence from other countries (US, Russia, China, Qatar, etc.), but you can try to minimize it (wherever it comes from) and stay as much free as you can.- The "What Are You Thinking About Right Now?"
