  1. ^However the news wasn't well recived at all, so you're not alone being sceptical about that latest move of Leo But even the very own director of Another Round Thomas Vinterberg has trust in Leo, so... no worries on my side too
  2. ^Infernal Affairs was pretty big too. It's even a trilogy because of the first movies success. Haven't seen Another Round so far but it seems like a mix of TWOWT (crazy being on drugs in a fun way) and OUATIH (middle aged man in mid life crisis) LOL Wondering if Leo has something to process lately
  3. The Departed (2006) was a remake of 2002s Infernal Affairs just for example. Given how long it takes to realize a movie in Hollywood the timeline would be probably closer to that. And "The Departed" was one hell of a movie I would say. It's one of my favorite Leo movies. Billy Costigan is one of my favorite movie characters ever. Just saying. BUT to compete against the mostly outstanding Mads Mikkelsen I agree that's a whole other thing Source
  4. ^Yuh-Jung Youn was probably the best part but for sure the most hilarious part of the night Not really Leo related but am I the only one or is Brad looking like a hot pimp? LOL
  5. For all the Titanic suckers out here: Rose with Cal vs. Rose with Jack. Spoiler: No good look for one of them LOL The last pic is killing me Leo's coming right in the beginning:
  6. When I saw those pictures my first thought was how curvy Cami looks. I prefer this look a hundred times over every bone look. Never got that whole forced skinny thing in the model industry. That's probably why I never liked that business.
  7. I think most people were surprised about this very unpredictable move. Some liked it some not. I like that after 20 years a actor of Leos format and preferences can still surprise me especially meanwhile every idiot should know he's not saying yes to a movie because he's bored lol
  8. Said it maybe a trillion times before but sometimes I think Leo didn't get enough credit for all his engagement he's spending so much time, passion and money in just because he's enjoying life way too much for some silly people *major eye role* Get over yourself is all I'm saying and just do it better earth will be thank you. Wish you guys A HAPPY EARTH DAY 🐾🌳🌍🌼
  9. This isn't really Leo related (well kinda) but I found it quite touching: Titanic (1997) / Sense and Sensibility (1995) Source Original quote source by Kate again (actually Jane Austen but whatever lol): Source Fits too well not to post
  10. ^This explained the present of John Malkovich and Gerard Butler here 😆
  11. Can't help but the first thing what came to my mind when I saw the DLU teaser was: (LOVED THAT MOVIE so don't judge me)
  12. It's like having an insider on set. It's really great. It's like a whole new fan experience while Leo is shooting a movie. So big thx for sharing all those details with us
  13. They look kinda hot (messy Cobain/Love hot what's probably the intention): Slightly better quality:
  14. Don't think this was posted before:
  15. I know I'm a bit late but I'm currently watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the adorable Ellen Pompeo who once lay naked under Leo... ... and nothing than good memories about this situation has until today (who wouldn't?)
  16. Thanks everyone for the amazing updates Must be a super thrilling time to be a Leo fan when he's literally around the corner and everyone is going nuts about him @Sugarwater #power of leo
  17. Some more KOTFM casting news (the wrap article mentioned them too but here they're pictured):
  18. Edward Norton is talking in this recent yahoo interview a little bit about his "pal" Leo and how he passed the main role in "Primal Fear" (next to Richard Gere) which then went to Norton. Around 1:23 https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/edward-norton-primal-fear-leonardo-dicaprio-richard-gere-150025030.html I knew without even checking Leos name would coming up multiple times in the comments section:
  19. ^Exciting news @BarbieErin, thx for sharing I wish you all a HAPPY EASTER 🐰🍀🌸
  20. I had "Romeo and Juliet" on VHS too... twice One in german and one in the original english version (back then VHS only had one language and in germany all movies are synchronized in well german lol). So back then I really really sucked in english (had it in school and my grades were the worst). So my smart ass parents were like "if she can stare at this dicaprio guy all day maybe she can stare at him and learn something from him when his sweet lips are moving" - like if you got shakespeare in english girl, you can manage everything in english I finished graduation with an A in english just saying. So thx to Leo at this point lol He definitely was part I started to like this language I have many such stories even though I don't really know him, Leo was more than half my life (and still is) a huge and important part in my life. So when I say sometimes things like I think he did staged papwalks I don't say it to degrade him. Not at all. I adore this man. But when you follow someone for so long you started to notice things/pattern or just started to dig a bit deeper in his life (what's none of my business but sometimes I do it nevertheless LOL) and recognize things maybe other people never would see (because they aren't creepy as my bitchy stalker fan ass lol) .... Maybe it's kinda silly but this is what fandoms live from right? Not saying I know any real sh!t about him 😁
  21. I still have tons of (old) Leo stuff in my basement back from my teenage times, the time you know everything you had from Leo was found on paper and not in the internet Never brought myself to throw the stuff away ... I still remember when I saw him the first time in the german magazine Bravo. So long before I watched a movie with him I was looking at some random photo and thought "hey this boy is kinda cute" 😍 I was like - I don't know - 10 or 11... I never found that particular photo from this interview online what made me sexual attracted to the other sex probably for the first time ever LOL I think it was from this shooting, but he was looking straight in the camera and all smiley: FOUND IT (now that was easy lol): I even know the interviews headline "My Juliet is called Kristin and she's cute" or something smiliar Yeah those memories never fade.
  22. Cute article from a german journalist/grown ass woman/huge Leo fan we can probably all identify with via google translator so probably not the best translation I like when she wrote his obsession with models is like our obsession with him. Kinda true, never thought about it that way
  23. Well like I said before PR isn't a bad thing. It's just a regular part of his life/job. I would even say it's nothing special in hollywood because everyone is doing it. And yes even A listers like Leo, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt etc from time to time. Not saying Leo's doing it all the time. But he's A list for some reason. Such a long lasting high status doesn't come from doing nothing and if someone knows how the business works than it's Leo. He's doing things like this probably in his sleep lol Haha, I loved Ben and Ana too, PR relationship or not
