Seems like I have to watch Virunga finally It's on my watchlist the day I have netflix (sry Leo lol) About netflix movies: It's mostly a hit or a miss barely something between.

Speaking of this I always had the feeling Leo and Carey Mulligan got along very well too. Not saying anything happened between them. Speaking of deleted scenes, anyone here wishing Baz didn't delete this scene? Most of the time I got the feeling Gatsby was blind for the shallowness of Daisy but in this scene it becomes very clear he is many things but not blind. It's astounding how this short scene explains the whole dilemma of Gatsby and Daisy, great played by Leo. The last gif is just heartbreaking I think his perfomance in this movie is criminally underrated. Bonus:

Are they even an topic anymore? I think the world have much bigger issues right now (like a pandemic/climate change etc) than Leos love life He's alive, he's healthy, he's doing nothing illegal, so let the man live his life like he wants to, I would say.

^That she had to touch him first before he touches her. She has to make "the first step" if you want so (and not only in a sexual context). It's about respecting her and her religion. In another scene in the movie she isn't even allowed to shake his hand in front of others.

^It's mainly the age gap I think. That Leo "knows" her since she's a child isn't exactly helping. I guess those people never read "The thorne birds" or aren't big fans of this -well- bestseller

I remember in the actual book "Body of Lies" Roger has a girlfriend named -I think- Alice (Aisha isn't a character from the book) and they have lots of lots of steamy sex When I read it (after I saw the movie) I was like wtf why isn't this is in the goddamn fuck!ng movie? To be honest the movie was almost nothing like the book lol BUT I have to say I think his innocent relationship with Aisha is very sweet/something different/more complicated and I love Leos chemistry with Golshifteh Farahani (they would have the most gorgeous babies ever I swear). She's so beautiful...
