Pregnant Gisele Bundchen passes written exam for pilot's license BY Cristina Everett DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER Gisele Bundchen is learning how to fly the friendly skies. Taking a cue from avid flyer Angelina Jolie, the Brazilian beauty, who is expecting her first child with husband Tom Brady next month, is reportedly in the home stretch of earning her pilot's license, People.com reports. "Gisele hasn't finished her license yet, but she did pass her written exam," says Keith Douglass, president of Shoreline Aviation, a company that provides private jets and aviation lessons. "Now, there's one more step along the way, the practical exam [in the air], which is coming up in another week." Despite having only one month left before her due date to give birth, the 29-year-old isn't slowing down. "She's very dedicated," Douglass added. "Flying a helicopter isn't easy – it's a handful, because you can't stop flying and just cruise, but she's doing great." Though she continues to fly "at least three days a week," Bundchen will soon face an obstacle: her expanding baby bump. "She's almost to a point where she's too big to be flying," Douglass said. "She needs to be able to move the rudder around and she's getting there." While some skeptics are dubious on the safety of having a pregnant woman fly, Douglass says the Brazilian bombshell is out of harm's way. "We have pilots that fly right up to the end," he said. "She doesn't go very high, maybe 500 feet or 1,000 feet, which is nothing. She's always close and can get down quickly if she needs to."

How much longer til the baby(s?) get here??? It seems like I'm reading so many places that she will be at the VSFS. How can that be? I'd love it. A year without her is like a really bad mess-up.

I'm gonna hope that these tapes are diversions by V.S. for the real thing. :shock: They can NOT be serious. They have no continuity and are nonsense really, IMHO. IMHO, I can't say which was worse, 2007 or 2008 but I'm thinkin' it was 2008. It coulda been so good, too cuz the venue was great and there were so many possibilities for it. I know that I want to see Miranda, Doutzen, Ale, Ana BB, Cintia, Behati, Maryna for sure. There are some I don't wanna' see, for sure, like Bar or Brooklyn, Jessica W., and on top of that, there are a couple that will be there and I just can not help but gag :x ! I won't say who cuz that's not really fair but I will have to close my eyes a couple times, at least, I know! Of course, I'd like to see Tori but you never know, for sure. I also really like Irina. She is totally hawt! How many girls are there this year? Does anyone know?

I saw those remarks and went, "whoa"..and then came here and saw it was taken care of...someone has a hidden agenda or else is a very unhappy person......but thanx for handling it. BTW, Tori probably won't be seen in S.I. this year because of scheduling probs, and ONLY because of that. I know her swimwear line will be in the mag and I, with my own eyes, saw a note from S.I.'s editor to Tori telling her they sure HOPE they get to work with her again next year. Tori has soo many awesome things coming up and has done so many awesome things lately. I would imagine that the fashion editors just might know what they are doing when they pick her out of the bunch, don't you agree? That's why we are posters and they are the ones in charge. What a fun read, Lancelot! I really enjoyed. Day-um, you know lots of stuff, don't you? Have you ever thought of writing a book or articles? You are a veritable fountain of descriptive words.
