I believe what Shanina said is true. Around this time she gets OBSESSED with working out more for the castings. But right now she's on vacation. She mentioned she'll be traveling all month too.

Indeed she has. She now looks much older at times. She did mention in the comments that she found a "diet that's right for her" which we both know its all for bs..vs...whatever. She also said she hardly sleeps well as of late to a fan. Overall I wish her well and great health.
