Well lets get this back on topic, VS Tumblr posted this old candid from 2013 but in better quality then before of the 100% officially Maxim approved Candice and the ruined mother Alessandra

@MERPER No because you say careers have dropped off by having a kid and by saying Candice is clearly "currently the undisputed best model on the planet" which as much as I love Candice that is not true. Look at when the models you cited had kids and look how much they earned every year since and see where Candice's earnings are in comparison every one of those years. It is like to you VS work =/= most famous model in the world. Gisele, Adriana, Alessandra and Doutzen are all mothers who have consistently earned top dollars POST pregnancies increasing after having kids for several of their cases yet you state they go down because having kids is some horrible thing for models. That is why your logic says otherwise.

^ Everyone has a problem with what you say because you say it like having a child is something models should fear and they all have their careers drop off when having a kid which is completely wrong. So many holes in your logic can be pointed out but the biggest thing is you insinuate you know everything and are rude trying to get an outdated view point on pregnancy of models across. You say you follow modelling pretty close but your logic says otherwise.

I don't think there is one answer for why. People thought it was because members were going on rants but when those stopped the issues/arguments still continued, they thought it was from a lack of work but fights still start those odd times that she has new work out. Even when something happens to a different model it starts issues in here, say a girl starts working with VS, does SI or gets a campaign people whine why Barbara didn't get it or go for it and that turns into the debate over what she is doing with her career. The only thing that makes sense to me as to why is she accumulated a TON of fans so quickly and many became so loyal that when she has had this huge drop off from 2013 to now in work it makes people here frustrated/angry which always starts issues since it seems like last two years there have rarely been a happy time to browse this thread. It is like showing up to work pissed off already everyday you are bound to have more issues just because of the general attitude going into it.
