The .m3u8 file you uploaded is actually a text file with video urls. I tried Videodownloadhelper, it didn't work, but I managed to get it with Firebug and Livestreamer, then modified it with MP4Box. here's the video: http://www81.zippyshare.com/v/8yneXCWG/file.html
