What the hell, who names a segment Galactic Flat Fancy . In my head, I'm thinking about flat chested models. @toodarnhot sorry bout the math, I'm always confusing between 13 x 4 and 14 x 3 LOL.

14 angels x 3 = 52 outfits 10 - 12 regulars x 2 = 24 oufits Outfit left to distribute to newcomers = 24 But having "more looks than they ever had" has always been a thing. Bound to reuse some wings and shoes.

Ed Razek wished Gisele Bundchen a happy birthday on IG. Nothing surprising really, except I wonder if it can be taken as a sign that maybe Barbara F's cryptic message about everyone being happy was the return of Gisele.

I don't know if show styling refers to anything else that I might know of. It's either distributing outfits or perhaps... dictating the makeup/styles for the show?

This is good for VS. The pressure at their back means they have no second chances to get it right. Suddenly I feel like we're all just on time for the movie. And yes@sammyangel Sophia said styling in august.

That's old news. Sui He isn't attending the model search show, it's over already in fact :P. She herself confirmed she wasn't attending. Xiao Wen is nowhere to be seen. Unless you're talking about a final round of model search, then I'm wrong.

Those aren't established models. A number of them were ex-contestants from China's Next Top Model that were eliminated and they went on VS' competition. There was a video of them holding balloons and walking down the runway, most of them walked like Jessica Hart and Lily A. A few of them had great walks, but a majority of them can't walk is what I'm saying. If that's the quality of models turning up at the search, I rather them get established Asian models like Du Juan and Sun Fei Fei to walk. Even someone like Fernanda Ly is great. What's my runway walk like? Someone like Candice is great, the hip and waist movement. Someone like Toni Garn, Maryna Linchuk if they're the kind to walk with their hands and arms down. Behati, Kendall Jenner, Liu Wen kind of walks are definitely not my ideal runway walk.

So stop me if I'm wrong, there was a VS confession going on about how its a sin to wish for a model to become a VS angel because it takes away their HF career and source of income technically. Technically what y'all are saying is, build HF career, use VS as a stepping stone for more fame to get to where you want? Then if you're lucky, you get to work large brands, fashion or not. I honestly thought VS pays well, but I guess it must just be the fame. Maybe even fashion is suffering. Also, anyone seen the model search in China yet? Those girls can't walk... it's like an Asian Jessica Hart and Lily Aldridge combined.

Does being a VS angel sort of limit your HF work? I thought it opens up more HF opportunities.

Ah, I was talking about this to a Weibo user whose under Sui's fan group. I think everyone agrees Sui could have been the VS' first Asian angel. The sad part is she chose to distant herself from high fashion and never sought to re-establish her presence after that. I never knew why she stayed away from HF modeling, she only does commercial modeling now, like being nominated as Pantene's global spokesperson and promoting Lane Crawford sportswear. The fan says if only Sui was just as ambitious, VS would have noticed her. In fact, I think VS noticed her. Every year she got more attention & love from VS, she promoted the soft launch of VS when Ale and Jo were in China last year, VS even made an effort to let her have the honor of wearing the Swarovski wings. She practically achieved all of that without being a prominent figure in HF. And yet, she let down VS. And all of that didn't just happen over night, it gradually just stopped happening. Sophia doesn't comment on Sui's IG posts anymore, like completely zero interaction. She even stopped following her. Kinda painful to watch honestly. But her fans know her best, apparently Sui doesn't want too much glamor. Right now if Sui He's name is mentioned, I guess people'd go "Oh, that Asian chick whose whiter than a white and was boring AF on VS runway". Meanwhile, Ming would have been the one people recognize because of her involvement in HF, she even attended Cannes this year. Gone too soon is the word. She had a rather great HF career and she let it go too soon. If Ming is an angel, I guess I'm team Ming. For better or worse, I still don't quite like Ming. She captured my attention in 2013, had this really Japanese-esque chick like and was clearly the hotter one. But then her 2014 on stage personality just kinda made me not like her so much? But yeah, team Ming if she's angel.

Sophia tagged Ming in a TBT photo and concluded it with an angel. Don't know if she meant it literally, but I guess it's a strong sign.

Isn't summer ending already? Oh wait nevermind. I don't live in a 4 seasons country, I think Summer ends by September right? I have a personal request, please juice her about the Asian angel, I really wanna know if Ming or Sui are the angels they have in mind or someone new. Nice to see someone sharing some info though, I think we all came too early to the party LOL.

I hope Behati leaves. But we talk about them every year and they're still around, I really doubt Alessandra will leave. She and Adriana made a pact anyway. I was more curious about whether VS is gonna get an Asian angel or nah. By the way, anything new from your friend's aunty? Things are getting stale at this point, we've been speculating and I think people are getting tired of us LOL.

I don't know if Katy Perry will perform, not just because she's a flop now but also because her album doesn't fit with VS' runway themes. Bon Appetit & Swish Swish are the closest to being runway material, and even then they might need a minor remix like Taylor Swift's Trouble. Other (weak) contenders include - Hey Hey Hey, Miss You More, Roulette, Power, Tsunami, and they all still sound too chill to be runway stuffs. Unless her next album saves her career, I think we won't see Katy Perry as often anymore lmao.

Honestly, if Cindy's contract ended or she's not joining this year's show, I wouldn't even be upset. She never struck me as someone who left an impression. Forgettable model sometimes. Also, unedited footage on VS stores, I once did that in my local VS store, it drove the store employees crazy.
