Could you show me where did you see that in the video? I wasn't observant enough still though, I invite Native American activist to start a war. If that happens, they're basically disrespecting what would be a culturally accepted norm in another country, and shows how ignorant they can be about other ethnicity. Hence my point, show is in Shanghai with Asian audience in mind, I don't see VS bowing heads to Native Americans again. Because if VS did, they'd be disrespecting Asians too. That aside, @PinkCouture, them VS fan accounts @ Weibo taking every speck of speculations from BZ/IG and spreading it on their own page. Remember when I said they stressed on not saying anything that ain't official? TL;DR of post, they think VS put the blame on them for rejecting vets like Lily D, Iza, Joan. Apparently VS cast younger models this time round because China audiences adore young, pale white girls. So, in protest to being the black sheep, they compiled a list of vet photos to prove to VS that they're not in to young, pale white girls.

There's an Indian dance O.o? Blackpink debuted last August, so they're pretty new to the Kpop scene. But as far as fame goes, these girls snagged a one hit wonder with Boom Ba Yah and have been a trending group since. It's still one of the known Kpop songs I'd say and not sure about Indian dance though since the show IS gonna be in China. Silly American racial warriors probably can't do much. I definitely think if VS is going to consider an Asian artist, K-artists can't slip past their consideration. Country relationship wise, Korea and China are in super good terms. There are a ton of K-fans in China who will go crazy when K-artists arrive. That alone should give VSFS a massive boost. I can bet you when VSFS happens in China, both Weibo & Twitter/Facebook/IG are gonna blow out of proportion. VS just needs to be smart with their planning and not get some crap Chinese artists like that Met 11 Gala singer that Sui, AA, Jo promoted to go sing. Granted, they might not be familiar with Asian artist, but if they do an educated search, they can easily pull off 2017's show super super well. Nobody wants to hear a ching-chong-ling-dong sing English songs. Oh and I think the band that discontinued was Wonder Girls/T-ara, not them.

I generally tell people to take things with a pinch of salt unless its a source that I think is reliable. That FSOutfit admin, according to a lot of Weibo speculations is Sui's PA or that he has very solid ties to Sui and the Chinese fashion officials. He generally knows a lot of things about Sui and I recalled he was the one who mentioned Sui had a second pair of wings when people were asking. A PA has to be meticulous and reliable, Sui on the other hand, is best friends with Han Huo Huo, a very high profile fashion designer in China. By an extension, this means Sui's connections with Han Huo Huo is his too so I'm willing to believe him. Also, FSOutfit/Fashion Model isn't the official VS Fanpage, I was talking about the other one. Either way, I wasn't directing the question personally towards you but I figured I'd get it out. I've been asking the mods to lock down forums for members to view only because VS fan accounts just keeps taking credits without hardwork. This year, I'm a bit saltier than usual because I can see Clauds and the rest struggling to find information yet VS fanpages are out there hyping everything and whining about Behati and the lack of nepotism groups. I'm really just to there to help with translations but the real workers are the ones you see updating the list every year, img searching and what not.

Oooo, yes! Fan Bing Bing has walked for several HF fashion shows if I remember correctly. Man, I really wanna buy my own VS show ticket and fly to China, I don't think it'll be cheap though.

Any thoughts of guest list? With the show happening in China, I don't think they'll be bringing in too many A-list celebs from the west. They can't possibly cover their traveling expenses. I wonder how will they hype up the show with their celebs/VIP list...

The time line for this year's show is really odd. Castings happened in August, fittings happening in September, and if show is in November, taping airs on December... They have one month to get one thing right each. Also about the list, don't forget we haven't added the winner from Model Search in. We could be looking at 65 - 70 models. I think the fashion show could be longer than an hour. There's a buffer period in October where they have one month to rest a bit, do touchup to outfits until showtime. Meanwhile, model lineups are looking pretty decent so far. Huge improvement from what we had previously, themes and outfits seem kinda fresh. I'd say this show is looking 70/100 for me just based on lineups. And they're really making it the biggest fashion show on earth this time.

Sorry, I'm a bit salty watching VS fan account on IG getting so dramatic. That Victoriasecretpix a.k.a Amber from London is one of them I hate dearly. Meanwhile this Weibo page by the name of VS字幕组 keeps telling people not to believe outside sources, and there were Chinese users on Weibo making fun of non-Chinese users because they finally have the upperhand in information. They said jokes like "finally, they're crawling over the Great Wall." Ironically, a day after that page told people not to believe any sources, the admin started taking sources from fan groups and even copy pasted information from BZ without giving actual credits. It's everyone's hard work.

Weibo's fashion officials have already confirmed. Xiao, Ming, Xin Xie have been double confirmed by China's official VS fan account too. Did you come from instagram to steal everyone else's hardwork? Actually, to anyone who came from Instagram, and is quietly stealing the work, I'd just like to say, don't question the legitimacy of every source because everyone else here, someone like @Clauds @PinkCouture @toodarnhot @Kevork89 @AngelAshley94 all work so damn hard to confirm everything, Meanwhile y'all IG fan pages and Chinese trash talkers at Weibo keep taking their work and telling people not to believe anything unless its "confirmed" by officials.

Last year, and the year before, and the years before, we all wanted regulars like Joan, Lily D gone. And now they are, at least for a year. Izabel was a sad sacrifice but we all got what we asked for - diversity, new faces, regulars that we like. We're just a few more models away from our ideal lineup. This is the one year I see a majority of us being happy, despite the overwhelming number. That itself makes me happy.
