Professor @Shale586, I have a confession to make. Sometimes, when consulting with your senior teaching assistant, I find myself lost in thoughts beyond Anthropologie. They move more toward poetry and biology. I am trying to focus intently, and I will make up all of my work. And I will work at it with serious intent.

I never tire of seeing her early work (as much as I marvel at and enjoy her recent work as model and philanthropist). But these Mirabella shots are ones I remember from the early 90s. I remember thinking then that she took my breath away. I've apparently been without breath for nearly 31 years. Thank you, @Tagold.

Also, just seeing on Taylor's social media that her beloved dog, Tate, is really ill. Taylor was away working and has only returned home to the pet ER today. Sounds very serious, and the pictures of the two of them are heartbreaking. Anyone who has a pet (or had a pet), you know this is hard. 😔

Anxious, processing, beautiful. The vulnerability of someone who has literally been in the public spotlight since she was in her mid-teens is really something. That was bold of her, and it makes her even more appealing than before. (That scale, I realize, is hard to quantify--like already off-the-charts high, but I'm being honest here.)
