I think the reason they probably haven't opened stores in those countries it's because they enjoy charging the extra cost for shipping, I know from my experience that so many girls in New Zealand and Australia order stuff it's insane, and then with their overpriced stuff already, they add like $30 shipping which comes like 3 weeks later, all they want is to make money, and they can that way

It's the fact that she's using these images whilst she clearly wants to promote a healthy body image to young girls that is the issue.
