Hmm, guess I haven't studied Laetitia enough to see any similarity in their vibe. Laetitia was a bit before my time, so I'm not incredibly familiar with her/her work, although I do find her beautiful. I don't foresee Thylane having a model's body, unfortunately. Her face is changing as she gets older, too; she's looking more like her mother, as Kiki pointed out earlier.

I feel like VS is getting trashier. While for the most part VS seems to go for the girl's-girl teenage vibe in recent years, Josephine, Lais, and Candice all post really trashy pics sometimes on social media. Actually, so does Elsa...and Stella, now that I think about it. It isn't just social media, either. Gisele, Adriana, Alessandra, Karolina, Tyra, etc. all seemed to act more mature and tasteful. What they had was a mature and sophisticated sexiness.

Because I love doppelgängers... I agree with many of you that she resembles Barbara Palvin (she looks more like a model than Barbara does IMO), but I don't see Laetitia Casta in her at all. I do, however, think she looks a lot like Hailey Clauson. I've always thought Thylane and Hailey have similar faces - especially when Thylane was a bit younger.

Throwback to college

Because I'm too lazy to look up these numbers.... Is it true that VS drastically decreased the value of its Angel contracts? Someone told me they used to pay the Angels around $1 million and now it's more like $200K.

^ I totally get what you mean. She doesn't look that much like Cindy. She's looking more like Cindy as she gets older, but their facial features are pretty different if you actually look at them. Kaia resembles her dad. I'm surprised at how much better Kaia is starting to look with age - really thick brows and lips, and longggg legs! (Let's hope she gets taller!)

Here are some pics from a recent VS shoot. IMO Kaia outshines all of them except Taylor. Also, Ed Razek recently commented on Kaia's Instagram to say it was great to meet her.

I don't mind the dark eye makeup, and I think it sticks to the Valentine's Day theme, but I don't like the shots chosen for the front or back covers. She looks way too young on the back cover - kinda gross. I like Taylor for VS, but I still think the Angels should mostly be made up of older/more mature women. Not a fan of 18-year-olds in lingerie.

^ Hmm...interesting. I was referring mainly to the photo of her holding her braid and wearing a yellow top, and the photos and video from the tropical shoot with the red backdrop. She was given a slightly stronger brow in those photos, and I think it balanced her features very nicely. Strong brows tend to make the facial features appear more petite and the face thinner.

She looks good in some of the recent stuff, but not in all of it. I wasn't a fan of the Hydragel commercials (I think there was more than one). The stronger eyebrow they've given her in the most recent stuff is really flattering, however, and balances out her face nicely.
