Barbara is the fit model. It means that they try the outfits on her. Castings is when they cast/choose the girls to walk the show. Two different things.

Well it's always advertised for sale, however no one really buys it. At least I haven't heard of any FB being bought after the show. Usually, they disassemble it after each show and the precious stones go back to where they came from. But the bra is always featured in the Christmas catalogues. It's just a tradition, always has been. Even the very first one, with Claudia Schiffer, was also a cover.

I think all the girls you have asked for (except for Jourdan) are very high-fashion and not really suitable for the VSFS. At least not for me. I prefer more striking girls (both bodies and personalities) and the ones you listed are quite...plain to say the least.
