It's a program for splitting and joining files. Usually people employ it to make uploading the file easier. For example, I could split "ExampleFile.avi" into two parts: "ExampleFile.avi.001" and "ExampleFile.avi.002" Another user downloads it, then uses the same program to join them back together. Then delete the .001 and .002 files. Here's a link to where you can get it free.

i tried to watch REC in the Span of 3 hours and i was so i turned on ALL the lights even with natural light i asQed watermelon to watch it with me and 2 other friends to watch it simultaneously with me i turned off the volume, Qlosed my eyes, Qovered my face.. i am still shaQen. the movie ended 20mins ago. i had to stop in between Quz i was thanQs for the hug, layla..
