I’ll be happy if the dialog moves from talk and rhetoric to action. Yes, gun control is the top priority. I agree it is a huge problem in the US; I’ve always thought that though. my brain is jumbled lately (old age) and I’ll shut up before i start pissing people off.

Now I know that I’m turned into my parents; I remember them saying wtf is the world/country coming to?? In less than 12 hours there has been 2 mass shootings. One in El Paso, TX and one in Dayton, Ohio. The news conferences have both mentioned that “we” need to be more watchful of people, our loved ones for signs of mental illness. To make sure our neighbors are alright. If you suspect/observe someone acting strangely to call the authorities. What we really need is to bring mental illnesses into the foreground and start to really make people to stop making jokes about it. I’m sad, yet mad that these shootings happened. Why? Because if this shit was dealt with when the Las Vegas shooting happened. Our prez pointed out the opioid crisis, can’t he do the same for us who are dealing with our own(or a loved one) mental health illness. My my thoughts are jumbled at the moment.

I don’t recall anything off hand. But I can’t stand an overtly assertive patchouli or dragons blood. They give me a serious headache. I do love a couple of the Bath and Bodyworks “Summer” type scents. They too don’t have much staying power either. For some reason, I’m good with that. Layering the spray with the shower gel and especially the lotion keeps the scent longer, since you can keep using the lotion throughout the day. I understand that Bath and Body Works are under the same parent company as VS.

I have (Bombshell?) Forever Sexy. The one that has the cute corset around the bottle. I like to wear it in the colder months. It has a deeper tones in the mix and it’s not too sweet smelling. i did not buy it, it was a gift.

wait so they hired her in 2006, when they were actually using models who looked mature and womanly but she did't walk the show for 5 years? and when they finally put her in the show, they put her in PINK?? I hope I misunderstood that bc VS is stupid as all get out if so. That's not fair to the model who has been working for them for a while to get some crappy PINK outfit. Everyone knows the PINK segments suck and I bet you the models who are trying for the show don't wanna be in PINK Yes, you got it right. If you go to the 2011 show thread and look at the pink segment, all of the outfits were not good. I felt terrible for all of the gals who walked that segment. And to a mix of Katie Perry.

@bump I like most of what @Clauds posted, specially about Pink and no one comes to mind about being glad of not working with them. About models that VS is not working with anymore I like most of her list. I would like to add Fabiana Semprebom to it. She came into the gig around the same time that Gisele, Adriana and Alessandra did. Y’all know, the Brazilian Bombshells, circa 2006-ish. I wish I could find more pics of her in the clothing and swimsuits in the catalogs and mailers from her time there. VS cast her in the 2011 show, put her in Pink with one of the worst outfits of that segment. (Just my opinion, I could be wrong)
