Routine running for Webber and Coulthard The second day of this weekend’s test saw both Mark Webber and David Coulthard running similar programmes, based mainly around aero work, suspension development and chassis set-up. While Webber got through his entire programme, Coulthard was slightly delayed by a couple of minor problems, but still got through almost all of his scheduled work load, with good progress being made on all fronts. The Red Bull duo would end the day ninth and tenth fastest respectively with three-tenths of a second separating the two. The weather was a touch milder today although there is a slight chance of rain heading for the track for Sunday’s final day, when both Webber and Coulthard continue with development of RB4.- Jenson Button

Corriere dello Sport says tests have been unable to uncover the root cause of Ronaldo's latest injury, with the striker claiming last week it was a minor calf strain. Milan chiefs are eager to get Ronaldo fighting fit as they fear he may lapse into depression if he cannot get back on the training track.- Ronaldo Lima

Real Madrid president Calderon presses Casillas for lifetime deal Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has informed the agent of Iker Casillas that he wants to tie the goalkeeper to a lifetime contract. Calderon made the proposal to Gines Carvajal after discussing a similar deal for Raul - the agent represents both Real legends. The Real president knows Casillas has a contract until 2011, but wants to reward him for his excellent form this season. Carvajal has thanked Calderon for the offer, but maintains that at 26, Casillas is too young to be thinking about locking himself into a lifetime agreement. Calderon, however, won't give up his bid as he is eager to avoid the controversy of 2005 when Casillas came close to quitting Real as they struggled to reach terms on a contract extension at the time.- Miguel Torres
